Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by staying knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with teammates
Drive sales while consistently meeting customer experience and operational standards
Achieve personal performance and productivity goals
Engage every customer using open-ended questions to understand their needs
Learn and share product knowledge, trends, and offerings to provide tailored recommendations
Stay informed on current and upcoming products and trends
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
0–3 years of retail or customer service experience
Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to create an elevated experience
Highly motivated, with a genuine enthusiasm for products and customer interaction
Self-starter who takes initiative and completes tasks with minimal supervision
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
