Job Description
You will be leading the team that supports our sales administration from regional sales managers as well as international customers and local dealers. There is great variety here as the team processes orders into SAP and liaises with departments to ensure customer orders are delivered as expected and required. There is quote preparation, Letters of Credit and shipping documentation, managing credits and handling all manner of sales related enquiries.
The Customer Services Team is the Moffat face to our customers so you will enjoy developing professional and friendly relationships. Ideally you will have a solid background in team leadership and sales orders processing preferably using SAP or a similar ERP system. You'll have great customer service ethos.
