We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and passionate Customer Support Executive to join our team in a Work From Office role.
This position involves handling student queries through WhatsApp Chat and answering incoming calls from both paid and unpaid students. The ideal candidate should be calm, patient, and genuinely committed to helping students succeed by resolving their concerns efficiently and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student queries on WhatsApp (On Laptop) in a professional and timely manner
Answer incoming support calls and provide accurate solutions
Support both paid and unpaid students with course-related questions
Ensure complete issue resolution with proper follow-ups
Maintain a calm, respectful, and student-friendly communication style
Demonstrate ownership, responsibility, and dedication towards student support
Focus on student success, satisfaction, and positive experience
Required Skills & Qualities
Excellent student-handling and communication skills
Strong command over English and Hindi (written and spoken)
Extremely patient, calm, and composed personality
Passionate about helping learners and solving problems
Professional attitude with high levels of dedication and accountability
Comfortable working independently in a remote (work from home) setup
Ability to manage WhatsApp chats and calls efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in customer support, student support, or education support is an advantage
Experience using WhatsApp tools such as WATI/ AiSensy is a plus
Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome
