Client Success & Relationship Management
• Be the primary point of contact for clients
• Build long-term relationships & ensure client satisfaction
• Handle queries, escalations & regular performance reviews
Account Management
• Coordinate with internal teams (ads, catalog, operations)
• Ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Track and share performance updates with clients
