Job Description
Mode Of Work: Permanent Remote (WFH) for 6 months full-time internship. NO PART TIME ALLOWED.
Monthly Stipend: ₹ 15,000
Desired Experience: Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of industry experience
Role & Responsibilities:
● Act as a Customer Buddy throughout the customer's journey in the system.
● Initiate outbound calls to converted customers to confirm their requested product/service.
● Upsell better products/services that suit customer needs.
● Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, resolving their queries
