Job Description
This is a remote, work from home position.We are seeking a remoteCustomer Success Manager Branding to join our client's team inAustralia.
Pay Rate: $43 - $45/per hour
Essential Requirements: (Advertising)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Technically savvy in development (Wordpress, Shopify, Hubspot Automation etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative team player and leader.
Adaptable to fast-paced environments and frequent priority changes.
Who We Are Looking For:
Experienced CSM:Minimum 4 years of client management and technical experience.
Wordpress / Shopify Expert:Skilled in both CMS as well as any other automation/digital tools.
Data-Driven:Strong QA, Analytical on website UI/UX as well as various web-related requirements.
Relationship Builder:Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Problem-Solver:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle challenges.
