1. A background in medical billing or insurance claims administration
2. Explanation of Benefits (EOB) knowledge
3. General medical terminology and medical front desk experience
4. Experience with Benefits and insurance verification including Out of Network (OON) Benefits
5. Ability to think outside the box with excellent time-management skills and deadline management
6. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
