Be the voice of our customers, championing their needs and collaborating with teams to deliver the best possible experience.Role DescriptionThe Flurn Customer Operations & Growth team is a high performing team that offers ample opportunities for learning , growth and career development.This role involves managing various business operations, providing high-quality support to customers and instructors, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of overall company operations.This is a high-growth, high-impact role suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Customer Success and Operations.What you will do- Oversee Operations - Manage and oversee multiple business operations within Flurn to ensure smooth, efficient processes across departments.- Deliver High-Quality Support - Provide timely, effective support to customers and instructors, addressing and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.- Analyse and Improve KPIs - Create, analyse, and manage detailed analytics on class performance, teacher performance, and student outcomes, focusing on KPI improvement across these areas.- Collaborate for Customer-Centric Solutions - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, customer-centric approach that enhances satisfaction and achieves company KPIs.- Advocate for Customers - Serve as the voice of Flurn customers, advocating for their needs and influencing all teams to provide the best experience possible.Requirement:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business streams.- Prior relevant experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organisational and time management abilities.- High energy and a "never-say-die" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good analytical and process design skills & ability to talk to customers fluidly.- Zeal to own, pursue and deliver high quality experience to customers.What We Offer:- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.- The chance to make a meaningful impact on the education of thousands of children.Join us at Flurn and contribute to our mission of empowering children through engaging programs that cultivate 21st-century skills and holistic development.
