Responsible for creating the pre-sales estimate in the ERP tool for our internal offshore customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Creating the pre-sales estimate in ERP tool
Understands and work according to the customer requirement
Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation
Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity as required
Thorough knowledge of the process
Timely closure of all required task as per the TAT
Handling emails from clients
Involved in resolving customer queries
Completes additional assigned tasks as required
