Position: Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate information about the company's e-commerce products and services.
• Manage calls with professional etiquette.
• Answer incoming calls regarding products and services.
• Provide detailed information and guidance about product specifications.
• Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Process: Voice Process – BPO Customer Support Associates
Work Location: Visakhapatnam
Languages Required: Telugu & English
Qualification: Diploma/Any Degree
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in BPO Voice Process. Freshers can also apply.
