This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate at Tech Mahindra in Mumbai for Andheri Location. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring positive customer experiences, assisting with Holidays Package, flights enquires, assisting customers enquires with giving them top notch solutions.
Qualifications
• Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills(Must have 6 months experience in same domain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in Customer support/customer executive atleast 6 months
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Must have Grauation.
