Taking care of all inbound modes of communication: Email, Chat, Call, and
Social Media.
Demonstrate good time-management skills and the ability to work
independently while using departmental resources, policies, and
procedures.
Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity,
response time, resolution time, CSAT, and attendance.
Liaise with other departments as required to resolve customer issues and
concerns. Building and developing knowledge and expertise on the process
to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Work with the team to stay updated on product, and process knowledge
and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Ensure customer requests/queries/complaints are effectively managed.
Logging issues at different project stages, customer complaints, and
escalations.
Sales assist & business generating operations to ensure sales assist out call
is done to all leads received through various marketing and business
development activities via Inbound mode.
Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Support function -
Chat/Email/Voice.
Must be in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune.
Preference for candidates who have been part of the escalations team.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and very good
typing speed.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, be a team player, and a quick learner.
Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
Track record of over-achieving targets with ownership of the assigned
tasks.
Ability to interact with a wide range of people across departments and
build strong positive relationships.
Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to make
complex, detailed information clear and actionable, as well as strong
influence management skills to gain alignment and commitment.
You drive outcomes through, persuasion, negotiation, and building
consensus with external and internal stakeholders.
Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience
information.
Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive
experiences. Quickly identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
You have expert knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and MS Excel.
Proficiency in MS Office.
