KuberBox is a fine jewelry brand for new-age Indian women. We focus on creating extremely lightweight jewelry, designing them for effortless everyday use. We use 3D printing technology to make the jewelry much more affordable than your average jeweler.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints
2. Analyze customers' individual needs & issues to address them effectively and on time
3. Offer ideas and insights to customers as a means of helping to improve their overall experience
4. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
5. Take general feedback from customers in order to help build a better product or develop a new service or policy
6. Investigate customers' issues, and troubleshoot them effectively
7. Document recurring issues and create SOPs to overcome them in future
8. Pass on feedback to the managers on important issues
+. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken
10. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
1. A qualified graduate from any stream of studies
2. Excellent computer & internet knowledge
3. Hands-on MS Office experience
4. Better than average maths, and logical reasoning (+ points if you have excelled in any national level aptitude tests like CAT, MAT)
5. Excellent written and oral language skills
6. You were born a multi-tasker
