Hiring for Team leader - International TeleSales Process - USA



No of Openings: 4



Experience: Minimum 3 Years as a Team Leader or Supervisor in International Sales BPO (US preferred)



Shift Timings : US Timings

Fixed Shifts: Night Shifts



6 days working Rotational Offs

Food Complimentary: YES



Required Skills :-

* Should have knowledge of Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA, KRAs, KPIs

* Should have experience in handling the team of at least sales agents

* Candidate have experience in hardcore sales

* Candidate have must experience in US Sales / International Sales

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Age upto 35 Years

* Gender- Male

The position is suitable for candidates with education

This position is suitable for fresh graduate
