Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads by reaching out to potential clients through various channels.
Client Advising & Relationship Management: Advise clients on buying, selling, or leasing properties, build and maintain strong relationships, and guide them through the entire sales process.
Market Analysis & Property Showings: Conduct market analysis to provide clients with insights, evaluate properties, and coordinate property showings to potential buyers.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers and successfully close sales transactions.
Sales & Reporting: Present sales reports and forecasts to management to review performance and contribute to strategic planning.
Market Knowledge: Stay current with real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Essential for effectively presenting properties and negotiating sales agreements.
Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, property values, and market trends.
Client Relationship Management: The ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Technical & Organizational Skills: Skills in maintaining accurate records, using relevant software, and managing time effectively.
Resilience & Adaptability: The capacity to handle challenges and adapt to the dynamic real estate environment.
Education & Licensing: A bachelor's degree in a related field may be preferred, and industry-specific licenses might be required depending on the region
