Job Description

Responsibilities: Customer Service ( Voice/Chat/Mail )

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by chat or email.
•Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•Taking ownership of customer’s issues and following problems through to resolution
•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
•Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
•Responsible to deliver high quality and productive results that meet the identified targets
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
•Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system takes ownership
•Take the extra mile to engage customer

•Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
•Good customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
