Bummer is a Direct to Consumer Comfort Wear brand focused on building quirky, fun Innerwear & Loungewear essentials for India's Millennial Women & Men alike. We are a 2 Year old company based out of Ahmedabad, backed by marquee Investors like BeeNext, Aman Gupta (Boat Electronics) having also been Featured on Season 1 of Shark Tank India.
We are on a sole mission to revolutionize Comfort Clothing for the youth of India by putting a strong focus on Sustainability Communication, Visual Design & Brand Building practices.
When you are building a brand for the youth especially in a space that that requires a brilliant know how of the youth of India today, naturally our entire workforce are millennials like yourself coming from all different walks of life. What will you do?
• Build relationships with your customers
• Proactively respond to queries, assess feedback & provide concrete time bound solutions that satisfy them
• You will actively collect reviews, feedback and implement practices that automate manual responses
• Implement innovative strategies & assess tools that can enable a better support experience
• Build a deep understanding of Bummer's consumer psychology, purchase patterns & trend analysis.
What should you have?
• Good understanding of E-Commerce business & practices
• Excellent written & oral English Language proficiency
• Good leadership skills
