Our healthcare services include: CT, MRI, PET-CT, Mammography, Ultrasonography and Health check-ups.
Responsibilities:
· No Sales / No Targets
· Attend Inbound customer queries though calls / chats / emails
· Provide details about our services to customers and help them with their appointments
· Co-ordinate with the center partners, whenever needed
· Ensure smooth and pleasant customer experience
· Take feedbacks from customers once the service is taken
· Prepare daily and weekly reports to send to manager.
Requirement:
· Minimum qualification-12th +
· Hindi and English Must. Any other regional language is an advantage
Work Experience: 1+Months
Working days: 6 days a week.
