We are looking for a qualified customer support executive who will offer excellent customer support.
The Job Role and Responsibilities
Answer customer emails regarding product issues, order processing, invoicing service and general client concerns. Analyze active application files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the process. Responsible for high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call. Work with management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies. Complete applications in a timely manner. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field Minimum of 2 + years of relevant work experience Excellent customer service and organizational skills Excellent knowledge of Emails in MS Office using Outlook, advanced excel. Good communications skills and fluency in English is also desired. Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in an organized and timely manner.
