Job Description
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
Gather and analyze client data to identify possible products or services to recommend to management
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Inform customers of deals and promotions
Handle changes in policies or renewals
Assist customers on placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Skills:
Strong soft skills and communication skills
Can work efficiently and manage time accordingly
Customer-focused attitude and the capacity to adjust to and handle various personalities
Note: Training will be provided by the company.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
