The Job Role and Responsibilities for CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVES
The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive would be:
1- Cold Calling/ Lead Generation/Tele Calling/ Outbound Calls
2-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
3-Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests.
4-Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

2-Ability to listen and problem solving skills
3-Good interpersonal skills
4-Ability to handle pressure
5-Graduation is mandatory
Location: - 328, First Floor Patparganj Industrial Area New Delhi 110091 (INDIA), Near Hyundai Showroom
Timing: - 10AM to 7PM ( 6 days working Wednesday would be fix weekly off )

Salary Package: 20000 - 30000 per month.
