Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience into BPO is mandatory
Languages: English & Hindi is mandatory

• Handling customer queries via call
• Offering proactive assistance to customers
• Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their needs
