Key Responsibilities:
Interact with parents from different countries via phone calls, messages, or emails.
Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues and addressing concerns with immediate effect.
Offer both technical and non-technical assistance to parents.
Coordinate with the team to ensure all queries and concerns are resolved efficiently.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse interactions.
Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Freshers from Bangalore are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be comfortable with the offered salary of 18k.
Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts:
Night shift: Work from home (WFH)
Day shift: Work from office (WFO)
Salary: INR 18,000 per month
