We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in inbound voice process. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.
Key responsibilities :
1.Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
2.Providing customer service through phone calls.
3.Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
4.Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.
Requirements:
1. Graduate qualification.
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
