Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner
• Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Providing product information and technical support to customers
• Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Providing feedback to the management team regarding customer trends and issues
• Contributing to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of customer support software and tools
• Prior experience in customer support is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
