It was previously known as Andaaz Online, we started our operations in 2008 as an online and brick & mortar ethnic clothes store in the UK. The brand gained popularity with time and diversified its product range from Indian Ethnic wear for women to for men, children, and as well as fashion accessories. Andaaz Fashion mainly sells its products to South Asian origin people settled outside India. The products are delivered to more than 150 countries.
Andaaz Fashion is based in New Delhi and has offices in the United States of America, United Kingdom, and Malaysia. The company holds trademark registration all over Europe.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Handling customer calls, emails, chat and queries on social media platforms.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
· Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Required Candidate profile:
· Candidates must have an international BPO voice process experience.
· Candidates must be fluent in English.
· Should be flexible with Rotational shift/ Rotational off. (Day shift/Night shift)
Role Category- Blended Process ( Voice/Emails/Chat )
Qualification - Any Graduate with minimum experience of 6 months
Key Skills- Fluent English ( Spoken and Written )
