Department - Customer CareLocation - AhmedabadSalary - Upto 3.00 Lacs (Negotiable for Suitable candidate)Education - Any Graduate /MBA (Preferred Education English Medium )Job Purpose - Relationship building and ensuring that all the Customer related queries are addressed and resolved within SLA to achieve Customer delight.
This is a support function which is responsible for every aspect of servicing the customer membership related requirements. Ensuring strong control over adherence of the SLA's at various customers connects and assist in bringing disengaging members back on board
Role & Responsibility
• Query resolution – Focus towards FTRs through calls/emails
• Proactive Reach out to members who are disengaging and thus bringing them back on board – Rescue Management.
Skills & Abilities:
• Patience and Good Listening & Communication Skills
• Persuasive, Negotiating and Influencing Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills as this role would require cross functional interactions.
Job Specifications
2-4 years of experience in customer facing environment.
Knowledge of Computers will be essential
