Ability to handle customer concerns patiently
Basic computer knowledge
Regional Language Speakers Needed (5 positions):
• Tamil
• Telugu
• Kannada
• Bengali

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Also 10th pass with one year international BPO experience can also apply for international
• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (for international)
