Job DescriptionDear Applicants, We are looking for a Customer Support Professional (Non Voice) with 0-1 years of Experience. Job description >Minimum 0 months to 1 year of Experience in Voice & Chat support would be an advantage.
>Answer Customer queries Via chat, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.
>Should be good in typing with 40 WPM.
>Should be able to take multiple chats at the same time (Average 2 to 4 chats) >Must communicate to the Customers Effectively over chat or call >Should be good in English Language(written and verbal) Currently work from office.
