Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be in charge of managing inbound and outbound calls from patients to our support line.
This will entail identifying the patient's problem, seeking advice from the doctor, and leading the patient through the therapy, method, technique, benefits, precautions, and post-treatment do's and don'ts, as well as essential pre- and post-treatment follow-ups.
This will include understanding patient problem, Doctor’ advisement, guiding patient about the treatment, procedure, technique, benefits, precautions, post treatment do’s / don’ts, with necessary follow-ups pre / post treatment etc.
Requirements
Qualification : - 12th & Graduates.
Communication Skills English & Hindi + Telegu
Experience : - 6 months & 1 year in voice process.
Process : - Inbound & Outbound Voice
Should be ready to join immediately
CTC : - 3.50 LPA TO 3.85LPA
CTC is determined by interview performance and prior work experience
