Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of TamTurk Commerce, helping our customers with any questions or issues they might have. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring our customers have a positive experience. If you're a people person with a passion for helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
Gather customer feedback and share it with the team to improve our products and services.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping people!
