What you get to do every day:

 Service some of the leading dentists, students, colleges, labs in the country
 Contact businesses or private individuals by phone, email or chat
 Describe products and services and respond to questions and concerns
 Identify and overcome objections
 Take the customer through the sales process
 Obtain customer information and possible customer leads
 Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
 Follow up on initial contacts
 Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

What you bring to the role:

 Min 6 Months to 1 year of Customer Service Experience
 Knowledge and experience in technology is desired
 Good communication skills, need to understand and be able to respond to customers who speak English
 Additional communication in one more regional language is recommended
 Self-motivated and focused
