These tutorials cater to both beginners and advanced dressmakers, helping learners worldwide through simple methods and clear instructions.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Vijayawada. The specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support, and using analytical skills to resolve issues. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries through various communication channels, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role ensures customers have an excellent experience with Mudhra Fashion Studio.
