Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure their needs have been met
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information
Identify and escalate emerging customer issues to the appropriate team members
Continuously evaluate and improve customer service procedures and processes
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Patience and empathy when dealing with upset customers
Familiarity with customer support software and tools
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
