Zaamo's team is a diverse mix of ecommerce experts, software nerds from IITD and has experience of running a successful influencer marketing agency. Checkout
ROLE :
• Primarily handle inquiries pertaining to orders, payments, shipping, vouchers and etc from both customers and sellers
• Expected to provide first contact resolution according to standard operating procedures and expected to respond back to users via callback or email.
• To ensure accuracy in information when communicating to Zaamo customers
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
REQUIREMENTS :
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Familiarity with ecommerce
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
• Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Patience when handling tough cases
