Job Role:
• Customer call outs, Appointment scheduling & driving consumption along with the team
• Process Audit Score and Mystery Audit Score
• Suggestive selling of products and services
• Handles billing at the front desk and reconciles sales cash
Required Candidate profile:
Min. Qualification- Graduation.
Experience-
• 2 to 5 years (with at least 2 years of experience as customer care executive)
• Candidates Preferred: Salon, Retail, Telecom, Beauty and Wellness.
Must have experience in direct sales with target handling.
