Job Description
Managing inbound calls and sales inquiries relating to products & services.
Providing knowledgeable response to customer’s questions regarding products, orders, deliveries, and general queries.
Giving the first time resolutions to the customers who are specially calling to renew the subscription or cancel with proper fact findings, probing and solutions.
Assisting customers and to identify their reasons on giving poor ratings on survey to company and to advisors. Resolving the query from end to end and trying to close most of the calls with resolution.
Handling complaints and identifying why the complaints has been raised against the subscription and what resolution can be given to resolve query & close the complaint with customer satisfaction.
Pitch different products to the existing customer upsell them by creating a need.
Help Company by upselling and generate more revenue.
Job Details:
Qualification : Any Under Graduate or Graduation
Experienced candidates should have relevant experience in customer service

Salary up to 4 lacs (Depending on Interview)
Shift timing -2:00pm to 11:00pm – +:00 pm to 6:00am
