Salary - 1.80 LPA - 2.20LPA
Job Criteria:
Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.
Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
Any candidate Fresher or more than twelve months BPO voice process would be considered.
Flexible to work in 247 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems.
Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy.
Job Description:
Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls
Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
