Role & Responsibility:
\ Communicating with the clients for their requests and communicating the client's request with the stakeholders of the company.
\ Maintaining the Service Master and records for Service related requests received from the clients
\ Managing the Token ID of the client and co-ordinate the TAT with the clients.
