Key Responsibilities
Review student / instructor feedback on zyBooks content and validate it
Assist users with account management tasks such as merging accounts and resetting passwords
Escalate issues to internal teams and manage their progress while providing updates to users
Required Qualifications
Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in CS / CE / IT / Engineering / Math at a college / university
Proficiency in fundamentals taught in an introductory course for the relevant degree
Available to work off hours, including evenings and weekends
Access to a laptop or computer
