Cybersecurity Sales Partner – Flexible Role with High Commissions (Mumbai-Based)

Role Description
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Sales Partner who can collaborate closely with the Protect Threat team and bring business from day one. This is a flexible opportunity open to individuals who can work on a retainer basis, part-time or full-time, depending on performance and availability. You must already have a book of clients and the ability to pitch cybersecurity services and products effectively.
You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and driving recurring revenue across a variety of cybersecurity services and tools. You’ll work with our technical and product teams to create customized security solutions for clients and represent Protect Threat at industry meetings and client presentations. We are looking for someone who understands the startup mindset, is passionate about cybersecurity, and is motivated by growth and uncapped commissions. A commission structure of over 20% will be provided after the first milestone target is met this is one of the most rewarding sales roles in the space.
Note: The role requires occasional travel to client sites and our Mumbai office. Please apply only if you are open to visiting the office when needed.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or enterprise technology
• Strong network or existing client list in mid-to-large enterprises
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with cybersecurity products such as SOCaaS, vCISO, Pen Testing, XDR, EDR, compliance and AI/ML-based threat detection tools
• Self-driven, ambitious and performance-oriented
• Comfortable working in a flexible role with a startup team and delivering results with minimal supervision
• Experience using CRM tools and digital sales systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
• Must be based in or around Mumbai and willing to attend in-person meetings when called
