What You’ll Do
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT for all D365 F&O functional requirements, enhancements, and support needs.
• Analyze business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to identify opportunities for improvement within F&O.
• Configure and support modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, and WMS depending on experience.
• Manage functional tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams and Microsoft partners for escalations.
• Support testing cycles, UAT, documentation, and training for new features, releases, and integrations.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure system changes align with business goals and operational workflows.
What We’re Looking For
• Hands‑on experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant working with D365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of core F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, or WMS).
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience supporting live D365 environments, including troubleshooting and configuration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
