Seeking an experienced D365 Program Manager to lead implementation, support, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Dynamics 365 implementation and operations support
• Manage project plans, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate with business, technical teams, and vendors
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues
• Provide user training and ongoing support
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven program/project management expertise
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
• Finance & Supply Chain knowledge
• Agile methodology experience
• Power BI, Azure DevOps, SQL Server
• CRM systems & Business Analysis
Experience & Education
• 12–15 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or certifications preferred)
