About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and teach engaging dance classes using various styles and methodologies.
• Create and implement dance curriculums and lesson plans that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Choreograph routines and select music for performances and events.
• Conduct group and private lessons as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in dance or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in dance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to create a fun and motivating learning environment.
• Patient and effective in evaluating student progress and providing feedback.
