Job Description
One-hour afterschool sessions: £22-£26 per session
Evening Class & Holiday Camp Hourly pay: £12.25 to £13.50 per hour (8-10 hour days - Based on performance)
Preferred requirements for the role
Dance or Musical Theatre qualification or equivalent experience
2+ years teaching dance or musical theatre to children or young adults
Passionate about dance/Musical theatre and working with young students
Responsibilities of the Role:
Teaching after-school & evening dance &/or muscial theatre classes.
Working in line with our company’s values and educational goals
Ensuring the safety of students during sessions
Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to create fun, engaging lessons
Supporting students’ development, encouraging creativity, and fostering a love for dance/musical theatre
Experience:
Previous experience teaching dance and/or musical theatre
Strong knowledge of various styles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students of all ages
Strong organisational skills to plan and manage lessons
Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm when working with young students
