We are seeking a skilled and dedicated dance instructor to teach children in an online setting.
Responsibilities:
• Teach dance classes to students aged 6-16.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to keep students motivated.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct demo sessions to showcase teaching skills.
• Provide a fun and creative learning environment.
Requirements:
• Strong subject knowledge and teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Structure:
We offer a competitive salary structure based on the number of sessions taught.
• Rs. 165/- per session for 1-25 sessions, plus Rs. 80/- per demo.
• Rs. 200/- per session for 26-60 sessions, plus Rs. 100/- per demo.
• Rs. 250/- per session for 61-80 sessions, plus Rs. 125/- per demo.
• Rs. 300/- per session for 81+ sessions, plus Rs. 150/- per demo.
Benefits:
We guarantee a minimum payment of Rs. 4000/- for the first month, Rs. 8000/- for the second month, and Rs. 12000/- from the third month onwards.
