Description: Responsible for maintaining implementation and operational data needs of internal Organization programs and customers. Oversight includes supporting the exchange of data with health plans and related entities in support of data warehouse operations, reporting and analysis, clinical care management, compliance, and financial operations. Essential Operational Duties and Responsibilities: Develop strong partnerships with assigned health plan partners for the purpose of negotiating critical data feeds, establishing Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), maintaining operational data files and reports, as well as completing ad hoc reporting request for internal customers. Responsible for supporting operational automation for data needs of internal Organization programs and customers. Essential Project Management Responsibilities: Document requirements and lead new market implementation workstream meetings for the purpose of securing attributed members and provide data from CMS, physician organizations, national and regional partners. Critical Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in business or quantitative discipline required 5 + years of business or healthcare experience in designing, producing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative analysis outputs Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Strong project management and organizational skills used to identify issues, develop a path to green, and coordinate w/ multiple cross-functional teams (entrepreneurial mindset). Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Strong documentation, follow-up, and execution skills required to maintain scope. Must be able to flexibly respond to frequent and unexpected changes in agreed-upon file format, schedule, and portal access. Able to think strategically to understand the impact of changing requirements on Agilon systems and end-users prior to implementation. Ability to develop metrics that accurately define status and predictive analytics used to track progress toward goals. Demonstrated familiarity in data transfer methods and protocols, SQL, and standard health care data exchange formats strongly preferred Provider Organization experience preferred experience 10
