ROLE DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate to have a thorough knowledge of MS office. Expertise in excel with analytical mindset, and the ability to transform messy, unstructured data into structured form.
QUALIFICATION
Two to three years of relevant Experience as Data Administrator from automobile, supply chain or any manufacturing industry, with bachelor's degree in any related field (preferably, Engineering) with experience in Data sourcing, cleaning, structuring, and analyzing.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing unorganized data from various sources, Google Forms, manual entries, and SharePoint Excel.
• Coordinate and follow-up with respective stakeholders for getting the required data / information.
• Monitor Periodic repair data uploads in respective trackers and communicate to SMPL finance team.
• Ensure same day job card creation & the closure of the delivered vehicles.
• Daily/weekly Invoices Validation for all service providers.
• Monitor data entries & Data flow in new “Approval tracker”.
• Check & Validate data entries at customer end and SMPL end on daily basis-for all targeted customers.
• Close tracking of customer queries on approval tracker and communication to concerned stake holders.
• Collect, clean, and organize unstructured data from various sources, including Google Forms, manual entries, and SharePoint Excel, where data may lack consistency and structure.
• Vendor Payment Follow-up and resolve the queries with account departments.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience working with unorganized data sources, such as Google Forms, manual entries, and SharePoint Excel- In areas where data lack structure and consistency.
• Proficiency in data cleaning and transformation using tools like Excel particularly for unstructured data.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially when dealing with unconventional data sources.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality, even in the face of messy data.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data collection and data cleaning, especially focusing on techniques to handle unstructured and disorganized data.
• Excellence in aptitude and intellect.
• Respectful and appreciative of different personality styles, thinking, backgrounds, and cultures and positively handle potential disruptive and hostile environments.
• Outstanding integrity and the ability to always seek to do the right thing for the client right first time.
