Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a well known, local public sector organisation who are seeking a Data Administrator to wok in their central Oldbury office. The role is initially for three months but could go on longer. The hours of work are Monday to Friday +am to 5pm.
Duties And Tasks Will Include
• working in the Compliance team of the Asset Management and Maintenance service.
• you will be extracting data from excel & updating information as per requirement.
• accurately recording data
• creating a survey work program to be followed by the wider team/contractors as required.
Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
• IT SKILLS are a must as you will be extracting data from excel & updating information as per requirement.
• looking for a methodical & diligent person who can extract data from a variety of sources
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of utilising ICT systems, i.e. Microsoft packages - Excel and Word to a good level
• Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
