We’re hiring a Database Admin for our client, a to join their growing team. This is a 12 months and extendable contractual position for Gurgaon location and Travel to Barmer as required by client
Your Tasks
• Roles and Responsibility:
• Assist Sr. data engineer in implementing overall data frameworks;
• Maintaining data pipeline and provide data as requested;
• Selecting and integrating any Big Data tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities;
• Monitoring performance of database system and hardwares;
• Assist in defining data retention & data structuring policies.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer science or relevant discipline;
• 5+ experience in database management and knowledge or experience in dealing with big data frameworks;
• Skilled in database optimization techniques;
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases, Oracle database and other popular database system;
• Skilled in handling all types of structured and un-structured data;
• Good understanding of Modern Big data architectures;
• Understanding of batch & real time processing frameworks like Hadoop, Kafka etc.
Skilled in programming language like Python.
